Before your first referral fee, your broker signs a short referral agreement and the brokerage sends a W-9. You can make and share reports before that.

How referral fees work

0–1 bedrooms	up to $500
2 bedrooms	up to $1,000
3–4 bedrooms	up to $1,500
5+ bedrooms	up to $2,000

Referral fees are up to the amounts shown, depend on bedroom count, and are paid only when a referral qualifies under the Referral Partner Program Terms (v2026-10 · fee policy v1). Paid to your brokerage, or to your PA/LLC in your licensed name with your broker's written consent (Fla. Stat. §475.42(1)(d)). Payable 30 days after the home goes live; allow 4–6 weeks.
