Information we collect
The revenue-audit form collects the property details you enter, your name, email address, an optional phone number, and whether you book a review. Basic technical analytics may record page and funnel events, browser information, and referrer information. Analytics events do not include the contact fields entered in the form.
How we use it
We use the information to prepare and deliver the requested revenue audit, respond to questions, coordinate scheduling, operate the funnel, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate funnel performance.
Service providers
The application may transmit the submitted lead to the configured customer relationship system and email provider. PostHog and Google Tag Manager load only when their deployment identifiers are configured. PostHog conversion events use a pseudonymous analytics identifier that is not linked to the contact fields submitted through this form, replay masks all input values, and the contact form is excluded from replay. If you open the scheduling calendar, Cal.com receives your name and email as prefilled scheduling details and loads its external booking widget. As you type in the property-address field, the partial address text you have typed is sent to an address-suggestion service to offer completions — Photon (photon.komoot.io, an OpenStreetMap geocoder) by default, or Google Places when configured. Only that partial address text is sent; your name, email address, and phone number are not sent with it, and you can ignore the suggestions and type the address yourself. These providers process information for the purposes described above.
Text-message choices
Submitting the revenue-audit form gives permission to email you about that request — the confirmation and the completed revenue audit — as the disclosure under the form's submit button states. It does not give permission to call or text you, and the form does not offer promotional SMS enrollment.
